Navigation Area

The Collections tree represents the complete structure of a site and allows easy navigation through the collections. By clicking on the black arrow besides a folder icon, the particular collection expands and reveals its resources or subcollections. /files/images/user/navigation/tree-collapsed.png Collections tree with all collections collapsed

Reloading the Collections tree

It happens that structural modifications like creating a new collection are not immediately visible in the Collections tree. In that case, the Collections tree has to be reloaded manually. Open the context menu by doing a right-click on a collection. After choosing Reload from the context menu, the refreshed collection should include your alterations. /files/images/user/navigation/tree-reload.png Reloading the Root-Collection

Expand/Collapse Collections

In order to expand a Collection or Subcollection, just click on the black arrow besides the folder icon. The collections expands and reveals its contents. /files/images/user/navigation/tree-unfolded.png Collection with Subcollection, expanded

Editing a Collection

A right click on the folder icon of a Collection opens its context menu. Choose the appropriate task. /files/images/user/navigation/popup-collection.pngContext menu of a Collection

Editieren einer Resource

Collection-Properties

Click on the name of a Collection to open the property editor. The property editor enables maintaining the metadata properties such as display-name, display-order or redirects. Properties of a Collection

Resource-Properties

Select Edit in Properties from a resources context menu in order to load the property editor. The metadata properties of resource become editable. Properties of a Resource
